Terms and Conditions
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that
will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.
These tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have
other rights granted by law, and these terms and conditions do
not affect these. Please read them carefully.

Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United
Kingdom or Europe. At present, we do not ship outside Europe.
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and
allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying
goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other
subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes
without asking your explicit consent. At any time, you may ask
that your details be removed from our system by writing to the
above contact address or by e-mailing customerservice@beares.com
with your request.
We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed
acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order, please
contact us on customerservice@beares.com or telephone us on 020
7307 9650 immediately, quoting your customer number and order
number (you will find these details in the confirmation e-mail).
VAT will be charged on all applicable items at a rate of 17.5%.
For out of stock items, delivery dates are only estimates.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order by first class post by the next
working day, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We
may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not
charge any extra for this. If we have not delivered the goods
within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract.
We will refund any money paid by you.
Damaged or Defective Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects
or damage. If you find a defect or damage, you must tell us within
7 working days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement
at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
Cancellation of Contract
You have the right to cancel this contract for any reason without
penalty within 7 working days starting on the day after the day
you received the goods. You must inform us of your desire to cancel
in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail), quoting your customer number
and order number. These details can be found in your confirmation
e-mail.
We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the
goods within 30 days starting on the date that notice of cancellation
was given.
Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel, there
is a legal requirement for you to take care of the goods. You
must return the goods to us at your cost to the address below
and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during
any return journey. If you do not return the goods, a deduction
will be made from the refund to cover the costs of us collecting
the goods from you.
